MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, my name is Elena but my friends call me Elle. I am 25 years old and just recently graduated. I am working as a behaviour therapist with kids who have autism. I am very passionate about therapy, as well as my baking. I am a self-taught home baker. My baking journey started in August 2020, when I started to sell my products via Instagram. My passion for baking actually originated when I was employed as a Bakery Clerk at Longo's 8 years ago. After working there for 4 years, I decided that I wanted to learn more and that is when I started working at Oh So Sweet Bakery.
Gaining vast amounts of experience with assembling and decorating cakes, has helped me have a better understanding in the world of baking. While working at Oh So Sweet, I was in charge of sugar cookies. This is where my love for sugar cookies was discovered and still continues to grow and be prominent today. I am so grateful of the individuals who have helped me along the way. I am always learning and open to trying new decorating techniques.
Our Products
Elle's Bakery Shop only uses the finest quality baking ingredients in order to serve not only beautiful, but delicious custom cakes. We aim to serve our customers in Vaughan and the GTA. A future goal for Elle's is to eventually open up a little storefront bakery.
We focus on minimalistic designs for our custom buttercream cakes. We only offer custom single-tiered cakes. A popular product of ours is our heart-shaped zodiac cakes. Our famous decadent brownies with chocolate chip cookies on top have also been a huge hit, and aren't seen anywhere else.
